Description:

Chevrolet’s “LITTLE GIANT”, the 1966 Nova SS L-79. Starting life as an unregistered “drag strip killer” in Cleveland, this Nova SS had quite the notoriety on the strips & streets of Ohio! Showing off it’s victory tally are the series of hash marks etched on the inside of the glovebox door. This particular Nova was later featured on the factory Nova poster published in the late 70’s where you can still see the tow bar mounts under the front bumper.

Having been lovingly owned by the same couple from 1990 to 2004 only 28,756 miles have accrued though it’s total ownership history. Re-finished in it’s original Regal Red color, the original, never rusted never replaced sheet metal is as straight as they come with the black bucket seat, column mounted tach, center console SS interior just as “showroom” new! A tribute to it’s exquisite condition is the Silver Award achieved at the 1991 Nova Nationals in York, Pa. scoring 825 points in the judging.

The fun stuff really happens when you turn the key & the 350 horse power 327 comes to life & puts the power down through the M20 4-speed & limited slip diff… Better hide your “pink slip”!!!

This wonderful muscle car runs, drives, performs & even smells like a new 66 Nova SS.

No disappointments here!!
