As second generation Toyota dealers it took 4 long years to PRY this extremely hard to find Celica Liftback from it’s long time Georgia owner & has been one of our favorite personal drivers ever since. Of the thousands that were built, very few remain and are commanding a handsome premium owing to their classic styling,  performance & diminishing numbers.

In 2003 this Celica caught the attention & admiration of several fellow participants of the New England 1000 Rally. One particular 12-cylinder Ferrari owner had to ask several times if  “the engine in that thing” was stock, as he viewed the “Mach I” like tailights through several legs of the event!

Sporting a very strong 2.0 litre OHC 4-cylinder, connected to a 5-speed full syncro gear box, the 77 Celica GT is a great performer & fuel efficient to boot. Amenities like power disc brakes, air conditioning, AM/FM cassette & reclining bucket seats make the car extremely comfortable for short or long term driving.

This Celica is in near showroom condition as it has had only minor cosmetic & mechanical reconditioning as required. Featured in it’s correct factory color, 128 silver, the body is straight & rust free. The interior is near flawless considering it’s originality for 28 years and 97,000 original miles.

The engine has been freshened with new head gasket & seals & runs as well as it did in 1977!
