2014 Ferrari 458 Italia Spider

In Ferrari’s first official announcement of the car, the 458 Italia was described as the successor to the F430 but arising from an entirely new design, incorporating technologies developed from the company’s experience in Formula 1. And now, words cannot describe the sensual nature of latest iteration of this model, the 458 Italia Spider. This is one Ferrari that I lusted for from the initial revelation of the Spider configuration in 2012. In ordering this very special automobile I chose to recognize the evolution of this model from it’s mid engine roots, the Dino. I opted to configure my 458 in the same livery as our 73 Dino with the exterior color in Nero & the interior being Crema with Bordeaux stitching, piping & Daytona inserts. I also had the retractable roof panel colored in Mat Black as is the Targa roof on the Dino. The end result has garnered rave reviews at every showing. The driving sensation of the 458 is so far beyond description that you really have to experience it first hand. Maranello has really outdone themselves with this one!!!
