An absolutely stunning example of a 1st year Wildcat Convertible, that is entirely original with the exception of one repaint in its correct white color. The car has been garaged its entire life and was pampered by its two elderly previous owners, which is why it still retains its excellent original convertible top, back window and top pads along with the convertible top boot. The glass is mint original including the graduated tint windshield, and the original carpeting, door panels, and seats are in “time-warp” condition. The steering wheel does not have so much as a scratch, nor a crack. The dash and pad and gauges and interior chrome are commensurate with the rest of the interior. Even the trunk retains its original lining material and cardboard along with the spare, jack and hold downs…all in excellent original preserved condition.

The body panels are “arrow-straight” and the floors and trunk sheet metal are in fabulous un-altered original shape. The brushed aluminum exterior and stainless trim glistens like new. The 401-Nailhead V-8 generates 425 lbs/ft of ultra-smooth torque and puts out 325 horsepower at 4400rpm via its 4-barrel carburetor, resulting in the ultimate in luxury performance of the day.
